Copywriting for global attraction brand, Go City
Delivering airtight, on-brand copy for landing pages, product descriptions, an app and social media, each detailing a tourist attraction or travel destination. These included world-famous museums, tours, cruises and unmissable landmarks in 30 cities around the world. Working closely with the Head of PR, the Go City social media platforms were revamped by publishing engaging content, sharing user-generated content and working with both UK and US travel influencers. Optimised blogs were also published on the website and app, acting as inspirational guides for city visitors. Following the pandemic, new landing pages and an emergency social media strategy were implemented including the launch of a virtual tour series. The perfect balance of informative but reassuring language was required to support customers throughout the difficult process of amending their travel plans.
