Billy Tannery is an innovative leather brand with sustainability at the core. Their very own microtannery turns full-grain goat leather that would otherwise go to landfill into beautiful bags and accessories.
For the last few years I have grown Billy Tannery’s digital presence through an SEO and content strategy. Enabling them to compete with the likes of Etsy and Amazon in Google’s search results.
The initial project began with in-depth keyword research, optimising each product and collection page before the implementation of an informational content strategy. This resulted in products showing in Google’s shopping results as well as ranking on Google’s first page.
As the brand began to grow into various avenues including deer leather and a B2B offering for bespoke hospitality projects, further landing pages and optimisation work was carried out, resulting in a huge increase in B2B enquiries.
Monthly optimised articles are also written, many of which have ranked on Google’s first page for their target keyword, introducing new customers to Billy Tannery’s brand.
As a result, Billy Tannery currently benefits from:
