The Last Minute Christmas Gift Guide for Almost Everyone You Know

As a Londoner, if you don't nip your Christmas shopping in the bud quick enough, it can be more painful than a bikini wax to beat aside the Oxford Street dawdlers and Winter Wonderland romancers during December. So that is why I dedicate one full evening, with a glass of Baileys in hand, to hunting down the best gifts for my fam.

Because I'm nice, and wish to save the world from any unnecessary stress... here is a list of my top finds to sort out your last minute shopping for almost everyone that you know.

For the selfie obsessor...

What's better than receiving a gift with your face on? Being able to eat it of course. For the selfie obsessed (or to give the gift of your own beautiful face) Boomf.com sell a range of edible treats that you can slap a pout on for less than a tenner. Choose between Montezuma chocolate slabs or a range of marshmallow prints here

For the girl who loves Prosecco...

One of my favourite stories that Allyn ever told me is how he spent hours searching through Liberty's and Selfridge's trying to find me Prosecco chocolates, naturally he had to 'settle' for some Charbonel Et Walker Champagne truffles. But alas! Not On The High Street (of which you'll know my love for if you've read my 24 Christmas traditions post) now sells Prosecco truffles  for £11.95 (queue a sell out as every boyfriend clicks BUY).

For the person that looses everything...

Keys, phone, wallet, passport, your packed lunch and work pass. Things we always panic we've forgotten as we close the door. The Chipolo Item Finder is the answer, with a loud Bluetooth enabled tag that you can attach to just about anything!

For the Londoner...

There are sooooo many things you can buy a Londoner but one thing I love is the London Transport Museum's range of city inspired prints. One of my favourites is the Tate Gallery Tube poster for just £9.95.

For the European city break-er...

The New York Times 36 hours in 125 cities in Europe is a hardback for any traveller's coffee table. Be quick to grab it for Christmas as copies are selling out fast but Urban Outfitters still have a number of copies for just £24.99.

For the art lover...

The Anywhere Art Guide is a great little gift for the art appreciator in your life. 75 cards inspire its readers to stop, look and appreciate their surroundings with messages to encourage seeing art in a whole new light, such as 'stop in front of a painting you like. Call someone you miss and describe it' and 'ask someone for directions to their favourite piece of art'. It's sold in various shops but can be found on Amazon for £9.95.

For the busy go-getter...

Speaking from a person who struggles to switch off their brain at night, This Works' Deep Sleep Pillow Spray sounds like magic. I normally wouldn't buy into this kind of stuff but its reviews are top notch and its lavender and chamomile notes are sure to relax even the busiest thinker. Build up your Advantage points in Boots for £16.

For the man who just loves beer...

Men. They can be so damn hard to buy for. If the man of question is a keen beer drinker then why not sign them up for a month's subscription to a beer and ale club? There are plenty of suppliers to choose from but Beer Hawk's range of options have fantastic reviews starting from just £24 a month. You can also use code SENDBEER For £10 Off Your First Beer Club Case!

For the one who say's "I don't want anything!"...

There's always someone who every year insists that they don't want anything. Well why not rest your tired head trying to figure out which book sounds good and instead spend the money on something that will count. Oxfam GB do a lovely range of charity presents from safe water for £10 to boosting beekeeping for £12. If you want to take it one step further and get a giggle from your gift, then wrap up a pile of poo. No seriously, for just £9 you can give that annoying person in your life the chance to make a difference by giving a family the manure and training needed to help grow their farms. Sorted.

For the festive flavoured foodie...

Fortnum and Mason are melting my heart with their festive flavoured goodies. Seriously if anyone's stuck what to get me for Christmas... just wrap up a hamper of some Mulled Wine & Gold Leaf Preserve, Mincemeat Shortbread and some Chocolate Coated Figs. Oh go on then chuck in a Minced Pie Medley.

For the bah-humbug...

I'm sure you can name a handful of people who always moan that Christmas starts too early, that the radio is being taken over by Mariah Carey's wailing and that Christmas jumpers are just plain ugly. Well my not-so-festive friend. In return for your pessimism I will in fact take you to a Mariah concert in October with the dress code being festive knits!

Okay not really. But how about some chocolates that we all love to hate? Brussels sprouts truffles at £9.95 are perhaps the perfect gift for the anti-Christmas fiend in your life.

For the candle collector...

I love a good candle. And Roam by 42 Pressed have crafted a fantastic range of city inspired scents from Paris to New York. Naturally the London edition is on my wish list with notes of Lavandin, Black Pepper, Oak Moss, Labdanum. At £22 they are a little pricey but are 100% soy wax and have a burn time of 45 hours.

For the one in the office who's always hungover...

Not on the High Street do some cracking gifts for the person who's always hungover, from a 'This is my Hangover Sweatshirt' for £29 to a pack of rescue remedy tea for £4.95. They even do a Hangover Recovery Garden Set so you can pick your own cures for £30!

For the gin-a-holic...

Christmas. Pudding. Gin.

That's all I need to say. You can purchase this unmissable festive booze from Sacred Spirits for a mere £33.85.

For the Kitchen Connoisseur...

For the person who just loves to cook, the Nessie Ladle could be the perfect gift. I can't help but love this adorable piece of kitchen equipment and its sure to catch your guests' attention as you serve their first course!

Love this Eppie! Montezuma chocs are great – I used to love rummaging around the store in Spitalfields when working nearby and can think of so many who would love the photo printed chocs!
